- Medical Coverage for Individuals—Initial interview to determine medical plan needs, explanation of available plans, review of providers, direct enrollment via provider website, or Federal Marketplace, calculation of subsidy eligibility, on-going review to continue subsidy eligibility.
- Small Business Consulting—Initial consultation to discuss employer/employee needs, i.e., group medical, fully vs. self-insured plans, Small Business Health Options Program (SHOP). Effective communication with employees and their dependents reduces benefit-related problems and increases employee appreciation of benefit offerings. As part of service, our firm provides open enrollment and new hire orientation support, reviews employee communications to ensure the correct eligibility, rate and benefit information, and provides employers with traditional paper-based benefits information.
